Asser 2014, Rio Claro
In 2014, I had the pleasure of participating in the Asser conference in Rio Claro, Brazil. This event was part of the Info Week, a series of activities focused on technology and innovation. During the conference, Fernando Veiga and I presented a talk about robotics, where we showcased various projects and discussed the potential applications of robots in different fields.

The project we presented was a collaborative effort with the support of the Asser institution, which aims to promote education and research in the region. Our talk highlighted the importance of robotics in modern society and how it can be used to solve real-world problems.
The event was a great opportunity to connect with other professionals and enthusiasts in the field of technology, and to share our passion for robotics. We received positive feedback from the audience, and it was inspiring to see so many people interested in the potential of robots. We presented various projects, including a LEGO Mindstorms robot that we used to demonstrate basic programming concepts and robotics principles. It was a hands-on experience that allowed attendees to see the practical applications of robotics in education.
